Following a discussion It was decided that due to the present financial situation in the country the Precept for the year 2012/13 remain unchanged.  This will be the fourth year the Precept has been set at £1,320.

BT Wind Farm - Update

Mr. Bob Swainson had arranged with the Parish Clerk to give a presentation to the Council before the meeting, updating us on BTs current position regarding the proposed Planning Application. He found he was unable to do this and would send a written report instead.  The Clerk did not receive the report and has not heard from Mr. Swainson.  This matter, therefore, is still pending.

Queen's Diamond Jubilee Celebrations 2012

A brochure has been received regarding promotional material for next year's celebrations.  This was put in the folder.

Archive Material

The Clerk is currently holding 4 boxes of Council papers and felt these should be sorted out and any necessary material stored with other archive documents.  It was agreed that a date be found for all councillors to see the material and decide which are to be kept.  This item will be put on the Agenda for December where a suitable date will be agreed.

Correspondence

All relevant correspondence was dealt with during the meeting.
