Matters Arising

Cllr. J. F. Robinson has contacted Clare Davidson to discuss a few items which were not on the list.  These will now be added and the work carried out.

Cllr. J. F. Robinson has contacted Nick Hughes regarding the final bill.  This was agreed and a letter sent asking for confirmation that this was the final payment and the account with npower was now closed.  The cheque was sent with the letter, and we are awaiting the confirmation letter.

Declaration of Interest

There were no declarations of interest.

Wind Turbines

A Newsletter has been received from RWE regarding the Triton Knoll Offshore Wind Farm.  This is to inform councillors of their plans.  RWE have arranged to hold an exhibition at Easington Community Centre on 24th June to explain to the public details of the proposed project.  We have heard nothing from Bob Swainson of BT regarding their plans.  The clerk will contact him.

A letter has been received from the Withernsea District Lion's Club asking us to advertise and promote the services they offer.  It was agreed the clerk deal with this on behalf of Skeffling News, which will be happy to accommodate them.

Cllr. J. F. Robinson asked that the annual service to the wind turbine be done in July.   Cllr. J. Sizer asked that he take part in this as, in time, he will be responsible for it.  The council agreed it was important for other councillors to know how this was done for the future.

Public Speaking

There was no public speaking.
