Skeffling will get its AMP3 finished by 2003.   Yorkshire Water must ensure the sewerage has been treated to the relevant EEC standard before it enters the Environment Agency jurisdiction.

In reply to the letter regarding payment for the Council election, the Corporate Billing Manager has asked Mr. O'Connor to give this his urgent attention.

As there were no applications for the vacancy of Parish Councillor it was agreed to leave the position open for the immediate future.

On both matters the council agreed P.C. Newiss be contacted and asked for advice.  It was also felt vigilance be necessary on the part of villagers to apprehend the person responsible.
