The cheque to reimburse the Council for the hedging has not been received. Cllr. J. F. Robinson will continue chasing this. Cllr. J. F. Robinson has also been in touch with the Legal Department in respect of the cheque for rental owed to the Council. This has not yet been received, but Yorkshire Water has assured us this has not been overlooked. A system has been put in place at Yorkshire Water to ensure that the monies for the annual rent will be sent to us automatically on the 30th June each year. This will remain in place for 20 years and will be reviewed, as agreed, in 5 years time. We will still send an Invoice for our records.
This item has been put on hold for the time being as Langeled may provide us with benches. This has yet to be confirmed.
