Matters Arising
Parking Outside Village Hall

Seconded: Cllr. S. Robinson

Winsett's Road
The decision to alter Winsett's Road will be made in February 2010. Cllr. M. Turnbull will continue to follow up this matter and report back to the Council when the decision has been made.
Emergency Planning
This will be discussed by the Parish Plan Steering Group meeting. They will decide how to take this forward and report back to the Council.
Flood Defences
Cllr. M. Turnbull has been taking tidal levels to see how close we come to flooding. This information will go to the Liaison meeting at Easington to try and persuade them that we do have a problem with their excess water. This will also justify our need to maintain the flapper door and keep it working.
Declaration of Interest
There were no Declarations of Interest.
Finances - Clerk's Salary
After a detailed discussion it was agreed to increase the clerk's salary from £120 pa. to £350 pa. with a review next year. This increase is the first for 10 years, and reflects the increased work done by the clerk.
Proposed: Cllr. M. Turnbull
Seconded: Cllr. J. Sizer
Vote: carried unanimously
