The minutes of the meeting were agreed as being an accurate account.

15 copies have been printed, and paid for.
A letter has been received from Mr Clegg outlining the details of the sale of Parish land to Yorkshire Water for the filtration plant. Andrew Cooney of Lockings Solicitors has been instructed to proceed with the sale and to prepare the Lease. He will liaise with Mr Clegg who will keep us informed of progress.
Grants for Village Hall
There will be a meeting with the Village Hall Committee to discuss the possibility of claiming a grant to refurbish the Village Hall. This will be on Thursday, 24th April at 8 p.m.
6 Burstall Villas
It has been reported to the Council that the residents of 6 Burstall Villas have been harassing Miss Margaret Simmons, their next door neighbour. They have been accused of throwing eggs into her garden and verbally abusing her. Miss Simmons does not wish to proceed further with her complaint at the moment.
Any Other Business
Planning permission for the extension to 2 Burstall Villas has been granted to Mr Paul Sanderson.
Cllr. J. F. Robinson has contacted the Environment Agency to query the amount of glass and paper collected. The person responsible for providing this information has left and we are still waiting for details of the weight of glass and paper collected. It has been reported to the Council that someone has been stealing paper from the paper bin.
Cllr. S. Rollinson reported that at the ERLLENCA meeting they were told that the Crown Estates are proposing to dredge to within six miles of the coast. They may change this to three miles for the Humber coast between Spurn Head and Withernsea. It was also reported that a 700 mile natural gas pipe is coming from Norway to Easington.
The meeting closed at 8.40 p.m.
